Christel Fourie is an experienced organizational psychologist and consultant with a rich background in leadership assessment, development, and coaching. Currently serving as an Associate in Leadership & Change at Oxford HR since October 2019, Christel also operates Christel Fourie Consulting, focusing on supporting career returners alongside a long-standing interest in career psychology. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Psychologist and Coach at JvR Africa Group and independent consultancy work, where Christel provided expertise in change communications and executive assessment. With a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, Christel has made significant contributions to effective leadership and culture within organizations.
