Prior to this role, Claudia held positions such as Project Coordination Manager and Project Administrator within the company. Before joining Oxford HR, Claudia worked as the Continuing Education Coordinator at Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya in Lima, Peru. She also served as a Teaching Assistant and Technical Secretary in different departments at the university. Claudia holds a Licensed degree in Philosophy from Universidad Antonio Ruiz de Montoya.
