David Lale is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of Oxford HR, a global search firm that specializes in finding and developing leaders for social impact organizations. Prior to this role, David founded Career Volunteer, a company that connects international corporates with the charity sector through skilled volunteering programs. In addition, David has served as the Chair of Charity People, a recruitment business for charities, and as the Capital Appeals Director at Henshaws Society For Blind People. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA in Business from The Open University.
