Bill Keating has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Bill is currently the President of Oxford Instruments Americas, where they focus on implementing lean principles and team development to create value. Prior to this, they served as the President of X-Ray Technology at Oxford Instruments America. Before joining Oxford Instruments, Bill worked at OMEGA Engineering as the Vice President of Product and Technology, Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing Operations, and Vice President and General Manager of Electronics. Bill also held various leadership roles at Media Cybernetics, Princeton Instruments, Redlake, IDI Cybor, Acton Research, and Varlin Instruments, where they served as the Director of Manufacturing. Throughout their career, Bill has led operational turnarounds, revenue and margin enhancement, profit enhancement, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Bill Keating earned their BSET degree in Electronics from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1989 to 1992. Bill later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rhode Island in 2001-2002.
