Javier Morales

Javier Morales has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Javier started their career as a General Manager at Burkart Foam, where they were responsible for managing production, quality assurance, materials, and other areas. Javier then worked as a Project Manager and Business Unit Manager at FCI Electronics, leading teams in the telecommunications industry. Subsequently, they served as an Industrial Engineering Manager at Philips Consumer Products and Quality Superintendent at Johnson Controls. Javier later joined Arias Logistics as an Operations Manager and Six Sigma Deployment Director, where they focused on driving growth and improving operations. Javier then took on the role of General Manager at Stone Systems, a company specializing in fabricating and installing home products. Javier then joined Beckman Coulter as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, where they implemented practices from the Danaher Business System to enhance processes and quality. Following this, they served as an Operations Manager at Baltimore Aircoil Company, leading teams in the industrial cooling industry. Before joining their current position as Director of Operations at BioIVT, they held leadership positions at Oxford Instruments, including Director of Operations and Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Throughout their career, Javier has demonstrated a commitment to driving performance, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and creating engaging work environments.

Javier Morales completed a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at El Paso, spanning from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued Industrial Electrical Engineering at the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez from 1985 to 1990, with a focus on Industry, Process, KANBAN, POKA-YOKA, and JIT.
