Jon Davies

Jon Davies has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the manufacturing and engineering industry. Jon started their career as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Sigma Precision Components from September 2010 to September 2011. Jon then joined Martin-Baker Aircraft Co Ltd as an Improvements Engineer from September 2011 to April 2017. Jon's next role was as a Process Engineer at Oxford Instruments from April 2017 to November 2019. Jon then progressed to the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at the same company from November 2019 to March 2023. Jon's most recent role at Oxford Instruments is Deputy Director of Operations, which they held from March 2023 to October 2023. Jon is currently serving as the Director of Operations at Oxford Instruments starting from October 2023.

Jon Davies completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Technology with Management from the University of Hertfordshire between 2006 and 2009. Jon later pursued a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management at the same university from 2009 to 2010.
