Emma Forster

Emma Forster has a long and varied work history. Emma began their career in 2004 as an Account Manager for TOPdesk, where they were responsible for founding the UK office. In 2007, they worked as an Administrator for Arts Council England. In 2008, they took on the role of Executive Director for Mimbre Acrobats, where they managed all operational responsibilities, finances, partnerships and investments. From 2010 to 2016, they worked as an Associate Producer and Consultant for Time Won't Wait, and as a Business and Operations Consultant for Causr. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations for iguacu, where they led the company's London HQ and multinational operations. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Operations Consultant for Runway East, Head of Global Operations, Chief of Staff, and Operations Director for Kheiron Medical, and Vice President Operations for Oxford Ionics. Most recently, they joined Chief as a Founding Member in 2022.

Emma Forster received their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Reading between 1998 and 2001. Emma then went on to obtain their Master's Degree in Arts Administration from Goldsmiths, University of London between 2005 and 2006.
