Hiperlam Project

The HiperLAM Project, coordinated by Orbotech since November 2016, is an EU initiative focused on advancing process innovation technologies for the electronics manufacturing industry. In collaboration with partners such as TNO, NTUA, PV Nano Cell Ltd., FlexEnable, Oxford Lasers Ltd., PragmatIC Printing Ltd., and MODUS Research and Innovation Limited, the project aims to enhance competitive strength and foster sustainable innovations. The collective expertise encompasses product development in high-accuracy yield enhancement for printed circuit boards, flexible electronics, laser micro-machining, and the creation of ultra-low-cost flexible integrated circuits, thereby driving advancements across diverse sectors including automotive, healthcare, and consumer electronics.
