Carleton Brown

Carleton Brown has been in the workforce since 1997 when they began working at Xerox. During their tenure there, they held various roles such as Programme Manager Shared Service Centre of Excellence, EMEA, Programme Manager DMO/EMEA, Programme Mgr/Sales Support, Database Marketing Manager, and Customer Liaison Executive. In these roles, they successfully transitioned over 100 diverse roles to 4 offshore locations, designed and implemented Sales Management Packs, Quarterly Reviews, Senior Management Dashboards, and Sales Incentives. Additionally, they implemented and ran tollgate reviews of large deals, designed and trained all UK sales force and senior management on coverage management, and devised and trained all UK sales force and senior management on coverage management, database usage, marketing data, and financial reporting. In 2021, Carleton Brown began working as a Sales Operations Manager for Oxford Medical Simulation.
