Alice O'Reilly

Alice O'Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Alice started their career at Ford Motor Company, where they gained broad HR experience through various roles, including employee relations and personnel planning. Alice then moved on to work at Lloyds of London as an HR Manager and Business Partner, where they played a crucial role in change management initiatives. Alice also worked at Dresdner Bank AG as an HR Business Partner and later as an Assistant Director. Alice then worked as a freelance HR consultant before joining iSm@rt Group Ltd as Head of HR. Afterward, Alice worked at Savills as an HR Manager/HR Business Partner and Barclays as an Interim Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director UK & Europe at Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd.
