Ilja Stap

Ilja Stap has over 20 years of work experience in the biotech and healthcare industry. They started their career as an Oncology Sales Representative at Roche in 2001. They then worked as an Oncology Sales Specialist at Novartis from 2003 to 2007, followed by a role as an Oncology Sales Specialist at Amgen from 2007 to 2008.

In 2008, Ilja joined Agendia, Inc. where they held various roles including Sales and Marketing Manager Benelux, Director of European Distribution Channels Molecular Diagnostics, and Director Sales Benelux in Biotech Molecular Diagnostics. In these positions, they were responsible for market access in Europe, Middle East, and Asia, and managed distributor relationships.

Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director Channel Partner Programmes at Oxford Nanopore Technologies, starting from March 2023. Ilja's experience spans across sales, marketing, and management roles, with a focus on oncology and molecular diagnostics.
