Philipp Rescheneder

Philipp Rescheneder is a seasoned bioinformatics professional currently serving as Senior Director of Applications at Oxford Nanopore Technologies since August 2017. Rescheneder has held various leadership positions within the company, including Director and Associate Director of Genomic Apps Bioinformatics, and has contributed to advanced read mapping techniques for structural variation analysis. Prior experience includes a PhD program at Max F. Perutz Laboratories and a visiting PhD stint at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, focusing on comparative genomics.
