Ross Napoli

Ross Napoli is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the biotechnology and life sciences industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager ANZ at Oxford Nanopore Technologies since August 2021, Ross has previously held positions such as Strategic Account Manager and Capital Sales Specialist at Bio-Rad Laboratories from October 2015 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Technical Sales Manager at Mérieux NutriSciences and Technical Sales Coordinator at Silliker Australia, where Ross developed expertise in technical sales and account management. Additionally, Ross has experience in academia as a Sessional Lecturer and Demonstrator at La Trobe University, alongside presenting seminars on genetically modified organisms to high school students through OutReach. Ross earned a Ph.D. in Plant Molecular and Cell Biology from La Trobe University between 2009 and 2014.
