Steven Wein

Steven Wein is Hexcel’s Deputy General Counsel, has been in his current role since 2017, and joined Hexcel in 2014. At Hexcel, Steve serves as the company’s compliance counsel, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Hexcel’s ethics and compliance program, and provides legal support on a wide range of corporate and operational matters, including business development, global sourcing, environmental, health and safety, government relations, tax, and treasury matters. Prior to joining Hexcel, Steve spent his career at Textron Inc., an international multi-industry company, in a variety of government relations, international business development, and legal roles, including serving as general counsel of Textron’s Golf and Turf, and Fluid and Power business units. Steve is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton, has a master of international affairs degree from Columbia University’s School of Public and International Affairs, and a J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the bar of the state of Maryland and is an authorized house counsel in Connecticut.
