David Hoole

David Hoole has extensive experience in the field of public financial management reform and aid evaluation. David has held various roles in this area in over 20 countries across Africa, South Asia, and the Caribbean. David served as the Director of the Pakistan MTBF project for the Ministry of Finance in Islamabad. Prior to that, they worked as an Economic Adviser for the Department for International Development and as an Economist under the ODI Fellowship Scheme at the Overseas Development Institute. David also served as a Public Finance Lead for Oxford Policy Management, including a Comprehensive Area Assessment Lead role at the Audit Commission.

David Hoole earned an MA degree in Economic Development from The University of Manchester in 1992-1993. David previously attended Vienna International School from 1981 to 1985, but there is no information on any degree or field of study during that time.
