Connie E. is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in various roles, primarily as the founder and CEO of Mexican Food Tours since June 2012, leading a prominent cooking classes and food tour company in Mexico City. In addition, Connie has served as a co-owner at Grupo Rexa since 2002, overseeing the construction and sale of industrial properties.
