Martin Gainsford

Martin Gainsford has extensive experience in project management and PMO roles. Their most recent position was as Head of Project Management Office at Oxford Policy Management, where they established a new PMO function, implemented a project management tool, and provided training and support for 75 project management and project administration resources. Prior to that, they worked as a PMO Manager at The AA and held various PMO roles at Prudential UK. Their responsibilities included managing a team, overseeing control and management information, and delivering projects within budget. Martin Gainsford attended Reading School from 1986 to 1993, where they obtained A levels in Mathematics, Physics, and Economics. From 1993 to 1996, they studied at UCL, earning a BSc Hons. in Mathematics.
