Nooreen Casans

Nooreen Casans has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nooreen began their career as a Summer Intern at Askari Commercial Bank Limited in 2002. Nooreen then worked as an Executive Secretary at Petroleum Exploration Private Limited for a brief period in 2010. Nooreen also served as a Secretary to Ambassador at the Embassy of Spain during the same year.

Nooreen's professional journey continued at Attock Petroleum Limited, where they worked as an Exports Officer from 2008 to 2009. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, handling export-related legal and financial issues, and networking to expand the company's operations.

From 2014 onwards, Nooreen joined Oxford Policy Management. Nooreen initially worked as a Consultant, undertaking a range of policy, research, implementation, and training assignments. Nooreen then took on the role of Senior Project Officer, managing various aspects of the PFM-SPP project, including security, finance, and operations. Additionally, they contributed to the management of a DFID funded project and played a research analyst role in an EU funded project.

Currently, Nooreen holds the position of Project Delivery Lead at Oxford Policy Management. In this capacity, they lead a team of eight individuals and collaborates closely with all practice areas. Nooreen'sprimary responsibilities include resource utilization, project requirements, forecasting resource allocation, addressing support requests, offering guidance and troubleshooting, and facilitating team capacity building. Nooreen also coordinates with the Operations and Finance teams, overseeing their impact on project management processes.

Overall, Nooreen Casans has amassed a wide range of skills and experience in project management, policy analysis, finance, operations, and research throughout their career.

Nooreen Casans attended ACCA from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a degree in ACCA with a focus on financial reporting, tax, and financial management. Prior to that, they attended Bahria University from 2000 to 2003, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in IT.
