Tissa R.

Tissa R. currently serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager for the Low Carbon Development Initiative at Oxford Policy Management, a role commenced in November 2024. Prior to this, Tissa R. worked as a National M&E Researcher at Prospera from May 2021 to November 2024 and held various positions at BAPPENAS, including M&E Assistant Manager for the Sustainable Development Goals National Coordinating Team and Junior Programme Officer. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Associate at the Centre for Innovation Policy and Governance, a Research Associate at The Development CAFÉ, and part-time positions in survey collection and humanitarian affairs. Tissa R. received a Master’s degree in Development Studies from the University of Melbourne in 2017 and was an awardee of the LPDP batch IV program at the Ministry of Finance in Indonesia.
