Tom Joy

Tom Joy has a wide range of work experience in finance and consulting. Tom has worked as the Head of Programme Finance at Oxford Policy Management since 2019. Prior to that, they were a Consultant, working independently, from October 2018 to June 2019. From September 2016 to September 2018, Tom was a Senior Consultant at CAMMS. Tom also served as the Head of International Finance at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) from January 2011 to September 2016. In addition, they held the position of Head of Finance at Screen Yorkshire from April 2008 to December 2010. Tom's earlier experience includes roles at Mercy Corps, where they were the Director of Internal Audit from January 2006 to June 2007 and the Director of Finance from February 2002 to December 2005.

Tom Joy obtained a BSc in Engineering from The University of Edinburgh in 1997. Prior to that, they attended New College Cardiff in 1993. Tom also attended Sedbergh School before 1991. In 2008, they achieved the FCCA degree from ACCA. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained a certification of FCCA from the same institution.
