Laura Miranda has worked in a number of roles since 2010. Laura began their career as a Research Fellow at Universit\u00e9 Pierre et Marie Curie, where they developed new processing methods for mesoporous complex oxides with perovskite structure thin-films for catalytic and energy storage applications. Laura then moved to the University of Oxford, Department of Materials in 2012, where they worked as a Research Fellow and developed and characterized high-tech CNT/ceramic composites materials based on perovskites systems for the development of electrodes in Li-batteries and non-volatile ferroelectric memory devices. In 2014, they joined Oxford PV as a Corporate ESG Manager, and later held the positions of Intellectual Property Manager, Head of Materials Research, Materials Research Manager, and Materials Scientist.
Laura Miranda obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Chemistry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2004 and 2010. Laura also obtained their Licentiate degree in Chemistry from the same university between 1998 and 2004.
