Charisse Miller

Charisse Miller, MBA, has extensive experience in marketing and account management. Charisse currently holds the position of Senior Account Lead Director, Client Strategy at Oxford Road, where they have been since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as an Account Lead Director at the same company starting from March 2021.

Before joining Oxford Road, Charisse worked at Icon Media Direct as a Senior Account Manager from February 2008 to May 2020. Charisse also gained experience as a Brand Ambassador at Dajon Promotions & Talent from November 2006 to December 2007.

In addition, Charisse worked at Raving Brands, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator from January 2007 to November 2007. Their responsibilities included planning and executing promotions and events, conducting consumer focus groups, and managing data for marketing materials.

Charisse Miller earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management, Marketing, with a minor in Spanish from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2007. In 2010-2011, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, Charisse studied at Enforex University in Spain, focusing on Spanish Language in Business & Technology in 2006. Charisse also pursued Business Management, Marketing, and Spanish coursework at Georgia Institute of Technology and Kennesaw State University.
