Sally Dewhurst

Associate, Life Sciences at Oxford Sciences Innovation

Sally joined OSI in February 2021 as an Associate in the Life Sciences team. She was previously an Anderson Cancer Center Postdoctoral Fellow at the Rockefeller University in New York where her research focussed on genetic instability at the very earliest stages of cancer development. Prior to that, she completed a PhD at the Francis Crick Institute in London where she uncovered an important role for polyploid cells in driving cancer evolution. Academic research that Sally has contributed to has been published in leading journals including Nature Genetics, Nature Communications and Cancer Discovery. At OSI, Sally assists the Principals to uncover new opportunities in Life Sciences.
