Tony Besse

Tony joined Oxford Science Enterprises in February 2023. He focuses on uncovering new opportunities in Health Tech, as well as supporting the creation of new businesses and the existing portfolio.

Before OSE, Tony worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he worked primarily with Private Equity clients on commercial due diligence and value creation within their portfolio companies across healthcare and industrials. Tony joined Bain after completing an MBA at INSEAD, during which time he interned at Bernstein on the MedTech and Specialty Pharma Equity Research teams. Prior to this, Tony worked for Applied Predictive Technologies, a software analytics firm subsequently acquired by Mastercard.

Tony holds a MPhysPhil in Physics and Philosophy from the University of Oxford.
