Kim Albertario, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources and administration. Kim is currently the VP of People at OXIO since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director, Global People Operations at SuperAnnotate from October 2021 to November 2022. From July 2019 to October 2021, they worked as the Director of People Operations at Swift Navigation. Kim also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Lightning Bolt Solutions, which was later acquired by PerfectServe, from March 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at KONICA MINOLTA, INC. from March 2016 to March 2018. Kim has also held various positions at Unique Auto Group, Inc., including HR/ Administration Consultant from October 2014 to March 2018 and Human Resources / Administration Manager (Owner) from September 2008 to October 2014. Kim'searlier experience includes working in HR and Administration at Bluescape Software from October 2014 to March 2016.

Kim Albertario, SHRM-CP, has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from California Institute of Integral Studies. Kim also completed the SHRM Certification Preparation Course in Human Resources Management and Services at San Jose State University. Additionally, they hold an EMT-1 Certification from Skyline College. Kim has obtained certifications including the Getting Talent Back to Work Certification and the SHRM-CP from SHRM.
