Stephen Hall

Stephen Hall is the current Head of Engineering at OXIO. Prior to that, they were a participant in the 2016 Upramp program at Fiterator, where they received funding and mentorship from top CableLabs executives and researchers on how to advance Trinity Mobile Networks. Stephen presented Trinity Mobile Network's pitch to the CableLabs board of directors, which included the CEO and C-suite executives of the world's largest cable companies. Stephen also built relationships with key network operators and managed proof-of-concept testing with prospective customers for Trinity Mobile Network's product.

From 2014 to 2019, Stephen was the Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer at Trinity Mobile Networks, where they developed Jumpnet, an over-the-top link aggregation and network management platform featuring the first endpoint SDN. Jumpnet enables seamless handoffs between WiFi and cellular networks and provides detailed network analytics to both users & network operators. Jumpnet was designed from the ground up for smartphones and other mobile, multi-radio and battery-constrained devices.

As the inventor of the technology, Stephen built the proprietary multipath aggregation protocol, IP software routers, REST APIs, real-time web portals, Android & iOS SDKs, and networking test infrastructure. Stephen's responsibilities at Trinity Mobile Networks included: CTO, Founder, Board Member, Architect, Project & Product Manager for a team of 20+, and Software Engineer.

Stephen Hall has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and is certified by ABET in Mechanical Engineering. Stephen also has a High School Diploma from The Wheeler School.
