Gurmeet Kaur

Gurmeet Kaur is a professional with extensive experience in microbiology and research. Currently serving as the QC Microbiology Lead at Oxitec Ltd since March 2022, Gurmeet has a background that includes roles as a Research Technician and Newton International Post Doctoral Fellow at the University of Leeds, as well as a National Post Doctoral Fellow at Panjab University. Gurmeet's academic qualifications include a PhD in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy, a Master of Science in Microbiology from Bangalore University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Mata Gujri College. Early education was completed at Gobindgarh Public School and Saint Farid Public School.
