Lee Lierz has held various positions in the IT field since 1990. Lee began their career as an Oracle Developer for Resource Data International and FT Energy. In 2000, they became the Director of Engineering for Message Media, a public traded internet startup company with annual revenues of $30 million. Lee then moved to Doubleclick in 2002, where they managed the engineering functions for the outsourcing business of MessageMedia during the transition period following the acquisition by Doubleclick. In 2003, they became the VP of IT for Energy Velocity, a data information startup company with annual revenues of $15 million. Lee then moved to Global Energy Decisions in 2006, where they managed the worldwide technology infrastructure functions for Global Energy, a privately held company with annual revenues of $70 million. In 2007, they became the Director Microsoft Services for Ventyx, a privately held company with annual revenues of $250 million. Finally, in 2010, they joined Oxlo Systems as the Director of Operations.
Lee Lierz attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1988 to 1992. Lee did not obtain a degree during this time. Lee studied Accounting during their time at the University of Colorado Boulder. In 1994, they obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Denver.
