Sebastián Harlander

Sebastián Harlander is an experienced investment professional currently serving as an Investment Manager at KfW Capital, focusing on venture capital and venture debt funds in Germany since October 2022. Additionally, Sebastián holds multiple advisory roles with various firms, including Nucleus Capital, Cavalry Ventures, Claret Capital Partners, Endeit Capital, Kreos Capital, Ventech, and a supervisory board position with Oxx. Previously, Sebastián was the Director of Growth Finance at Deutsche Handelsbank AG, specializing in venture debt solutions for emerging technology leaders from April 2021 to September 2022. Prior to that, Sebastián served as Investment Director at NIBC Mezzanine & Equity Partners, where responsibilities included mezzanine financing for SMEs and technology companies. Sebastián holds a Master in Management with a focus on Corporate Finance and Business Strategy from ESCP Business School, and completed a preparatory class in Economics, Mathematics, and Languages at the Centre International de Valbonne.
