Alex Kwok

Alex Kwok currently serves as a Service Delivery Manager at oXya, overseeing the operational support services and managing system recommendations and risk assessments since February 2017. Previously, Alex held positions as a Senior SAP Basis Administrator and SAP Basis Administrator within the same company, performing tasks related to virtual machine creation, database management, and SAP maintenance. Prior to joining oXya, Alex worked part-time as a Systems Dev Associate at Prudential Financial, focusing on IT procurement and coordinating with international teams. Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2017.
