Adam Crouch

Adam Crouch currently serves as Estate Manager at Oxygen Conservation since January 2024, following a role as Assistant Land Agent at Merit Estates from January 2023 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a progression from Lead Prototype Engineer to Prototype Build Technician at ARRIVAL between October 2019 and November 2022, where responsibilities involved team management and prototype delivery. Adam's engineering background is further supported by their tenure as Engine Test Technician at Intertek and Millbrook Group, and as Vehicle Mechanic in the British Army from 2010 to 2017. Adam began their career as an Aerospace Engineer at Brinkley Propeller Services after completing a National Diploma in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from Bedford College. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural University, Adam brings a diverse skill set in engineering and estate management.
