Brandon Hayes

Brandon Hayes is the Managing Director of oXYGen Financial. Brandon has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry.

Brandon began their career as a Recruiter with FSC Securities in November 2005. Brandon was successful in engaging and acquiring 417 financial advisors for the organization who collectively produced gross dealer concessions of over $57MM. Brandon worked directly with corporate level executives of the organization analyzing and qualifying large teams of advisors considering affiliation with the organization.

In January 2005, Brandon started coaching the U-12 boys youth soccer team in Burlington, NC. Brandon coached the team until June 2005.

They are on a team with Billy Daniels - VP, Private CFO®, Micah Keel - Managing Director, Private CFO®, and Greg Marchand - VP, Private CFO®. Brandon Hayes reports to Ted Jenkin, CEO & Co-Founder.
