Reza Amulda

Reza Amulda has extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving at OY! Indonesia since February 2022. Prior to this role, Reza worked at Cermati.com from September 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analysis, creating training materials, and managing overall training activities. Reza also held the position of Program Development Section Head at Sinar Mas Land between August 2015 and August 2020, focusing on identifying training needs, developing programs, and coordinating training activities. Earlier experience includes serving as People Development Supervisor at CT CORPORA and Training Development Staff at PT Trans Coffee. Reza holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from The London School of Public Relations Jakarta, earned between 2008 and 2012.
