Aaron Merkle

Aaron Merkle serves as Vice President and Controller at OYA Renewables since May 2023. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions at Trindent Consulting from August 2015 to April 2023, including Vice President and Controller, where the focus was on profit improvement in the Health Care, Financial Services, and Energy sectors. Aaron’s earlier experience includes Assistant Controller at SkyPower Global, Manager of Finance at Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, and Manager (Assurance) and Staff/Senior Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young. Aaron Merkle earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Accounting from the University of Toronto from 2001 to 2005.
