Geetika Hans

Geetika Hans is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head HR at OYO Vacation Homes, Geetika has held multiple senior roles at OYO since March 2019, including Vice President and Head HR for Product, Tech, Corporate functions, and Diversity Leader. Prior to OYO, Geetika spent nearly nine years at Accenture, fulfilling roles such as HR Business Partner and Talent Strategist Manager, where responsibilities included aligning talent strategies with business priorities and managing significant HR consulting projects. Geetika began a career at GE Capital as a Management Trainee, advancing to Manager of Human Resources, focusing on compensation and policy development for a large employee base. Geetika holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a BA in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
