Marta Marinho

Marta Marinho is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail management and team leadership. Currently serving as Encarregada Comercial at Oysho since May 2022, Marta oversees the operational and strategic management of a team of over 10 collaborators, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and successful implementation of centrally defined marketing campaigns. Prior to this role, Marta held the position of Store Manager at Sunglass Hut from October 2015 to April 2022, where a strong focus on KPIs and team recruitment, management, and training was emphasized. Additionally, Marta served as an ambassador for both SMART SHOPPER and OAKLEY in Portugal, providing training, content creation, and strategic data analysis.
