Andrew Favret

Andrew Favret is a seasoned legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director at Oyster Consulting, LLC since September 2015, Andrew previously held the position of Regional Chief Counsel at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) from October 1991 to January 2014. Prior to that, Andrew worked as an Associate Attorney at Dechert LLP from November 1987 to September 1991. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The Catholic University of America, a Master of Arts (M.A.) from St. John's College, and has an educational background that includes Boston College and Gonzaga College High School.
