Cathleen DePasquale is an experienced professional in regulatory compliance, currently serving as a Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional and Senior Consultant at Oyster Consulting, LLC since July 2012. Cathleen has held significant compliance roles across various financial institutions, including serving as Chief Compliance Officer at E*TRADE Clearing, Bear Stearns, and Fleet Securities.
