Kevin Redman

Kevin Redman is an experienced executive consultant and recruitment specialist with a strong background in the property sector. Currently serving at Oyster as an Executive Consultant since May 2023, Kevin focuses on evolving recruitment solutions in the operational living sector, including student accommodation and co-living. As the founder of The Property Recruitment Company, Kevin built a leading real estate recruitment firm and pioneered initiatives such as the Placement Protection Scheme. In addition, Kevin founded Red Penny & Partners, concentrating on executive search and interim consulting within the residential living sector. Kevin's experience includes key roles at Michael Page and Morgan Hunt, where notable achievements include leading high-performing recruitment teams. Kevin's education includes participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program and a degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading. Kevin also actively contributes to the ARL equity and diversity working group.
