Cindy Jou Meyers

Cindy Jou Meyers, MBA, RAC has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs, advertising, and promotions. Cindy is currently serving as the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs, Advertising & Promotions at Oyster Point Pharma. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Regulatory Advertising and Promotion at bluebird bio, where they were responsible for reviewing and guiding the submission strategy for various products. Cindy also worked as the Director of US Regulatory Affairs, Advertising & Promotion at Takeda and as the Director of Promotional Regulatory Affairs at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, they have experience in professional education business partnering and marketing management roles at EMD Serono, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, GlaxoSmithKline, Global Brewers Guild, and Duvel Moortgat USA.

Cindy Jou Meyers, MBA, RAC, obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Babson College in 2003. Cindy then pursued an MBA with a focus on Health Sector Management at Questrom School of Business, Boston University, completing it in 2011. Prior to their college education, they attended Newton North High School. In December 2019, they obtained a Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC) from the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS).
