Alessio Bianco is an experienced payroll operations professional currently serving as Payroll Operations Manager at Oyster® since October 2022, where responsibilities include managing multi-country payroll operations across EMEA and implementing process automation to enhance efficiency. Previously held roles include Senior Payroll Specialist and Payroll Specialist at Amazon, where Alessio managed payroll processes and ensured compliance with labor laws, as well as provided HR support in various capacities at Adecco.
