Lidia Olszewska

Lidia Olszewska is a seasoned professional in product design and design operations, currently serving as Senior Manager at Oyster® since November 2022. Previously, Lidia held the position of Senior Product Designer and Design System Product Manager at Roche from January 2019 to October 2022, where Lidia led the R Design System and successfully enhanced the integration and standardization of digital guidelines and UI kits. Lidia's career also includes a significant role as UX Expert and team lead for UI & Graphic Designers at Orange Polska, where Lidia managed a multidisciplinary team of approximately ten designers and improved the consistency of the orange.com portal. Lidia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics with a specialization in Graphics and Web Applications, and has completed postgraduate studies in Editing and Book Market as well as another Bachelor's Degree in Polish Philology with a focus on Journalism.
