Glenn Neill currently serves as the Manager of Power Development for OZ Minerals, overseeing the implementation of a significant off-grid hybrid power solution for the West Musgrave copper-nickel mine. With extensive experience in sustainability and decarbonization, Glenn previously held the role of Group Manager for Climate & Sustainability at Adbri Limited, where responsibilities included external ESG disclosures and developing net-zero strategies. Prior to that, Glenn was the Group Lead for Decarbonisation Strategy at South32, focusing on achieving ambitious greenhouse gas reduction targets across global operations. Glenn has also held various engineering and management positions in energy strategy, commissioning, and technical roles across several companies, including Siemens Energy and Stanwell Corporation Limited. Education credentials include a Postgraduate Degree in Applied Finance and a Master of Engineering Practice from the University of Southern Queensland, among other qualifications.
