Jodie Murphy

Jodie Murphy serves as the Future of Work & HR Practice Lead at TheNXT and the Head of People & Culture at Silentium Defence, both roles commenced in October and March 2023 respectively. Jodie holds a significant position as the Chief People Officer at Star Pharmacy Group, contributing to the C-Suite Executive Team for an expansive network of over 50 pharmacies in Australia. With a long-standing career at OZ Minerals as Group Manager in both Talent and Organisation Effectiveness since 2019, Jodie has also been the Group HR Manager for Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs since 2011, overseeing HR for six multi-million dollar clubs in Australia and New Zealand. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at CPA Australia and the Institute of Public Accountants, focusing on learning, development, and organisational effectiveness. Educational credentials feature a Master of Business (MBA) and certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
