Rebecca McGrath

Ms McGrath is an experienced professional company director and Chairman. Prior to her non-executive career Rebecca spent 24 years in the oil industry both in Australia and overseas. Her last executive position was Chief Financial Officer and a member of BP’s Executive Management Board for Australia and New Zealand. Ms McGrath is a former Director of Incitec Pivot Limited and Big Sky Credit Union. In addition to her Bachelor and Master Degrees, Ms McGrath is a graduate of the Cambridge University Business and Environment program.

Ms McGrath is currently a Non-Executive Director of Investa Commercial Property Fund Holdings and a member of The Australian British Chamber of Commerce Advisory Council. She is also President of the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ Victorian Division and is the Victorian Division director of AICD’s National board.
