Erica Boughfman

Erica Boughfman is currently the VP of Clinical Services at Ozark Guidance Center Inc. Erica has over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. Erica has worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas and as a clinician at Arisa Health. Erica is passionate about helping others and has dedicated their career to improving the lives of those struggling with mental illness.

Erica Boughfman has a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Arkansas. Erica also has a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from the University of Arkansas. Finally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas.
