John Wilcox has extensive experience in the field of information technology. John started their career as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems in 1985 and worked there until 1990. John then held various roles at Insource Technology, including Director of Consulting, Client Manager, Vice President of Network Solutions, Vice President of Business Process Management, and Vice President of Chief Information Officer. John joined Insource Technology again in 2011 as the Vice President of Enterprise Infrastructure and Managed Services. In between their stints at Insource Technology, they worked as a Senior IT Director at Electronic Data Systems, where they were responsible for overseeing IT support functions for Continental Airlines and Delco Electronics GM Customer Group. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Chief Information Officer (Interim) at United Medical Center, where they were responsible for hospital-wide IT operations and new technology initiatives. Since 2015, they have been serving as the Chief Information Officer at Ozarks Medical Center, overseeing IT operations for the medical referral center.
John Wilcox attended the University of Michigan-Flint from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. John also attended Case Western Reserve University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Engineering. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
