James Brown has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career at CEMEX in 2005 as a Service Representative, where they conducted tests and inspections on concrete products to ensure quality and reliability. In 2008, they joined Home Depot as a Fulfillment Team Night Manager, responsible for inventory management and stocking shelves. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Lowe's as a Team Lead, where they operated distribution equipment and audited work quality. James then joined Acosta Sales & Marketing as a Mandate Merchandiser, following planograms and performing reset and remodel work. James later joined Dietz and Watson as a Brand Ambassador/Travel Merchandiser, where they built customer loyalty and increased brand awareness. Currently, James works at Ozinga as a Dispatch Manager, overseeing dispatch operations.

From 2006 to 2008, James Brown attended the ATI Medical Assistant Technician Program. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Certified ECG Technician (CET). The program focused on courses related to anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and also included subjects like keyboarding and recordkeeping.
