Shail Desai

Shail Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Most recently, Desai worked at OZiva as the Head of Offline Sales starting in April 2022. Prior to that, Desai served as the Vice President Operations- GCC & Africa at Lykis Ltd from January 2021 to April 2022. Other notable positions include Business Head South Asia at Richfeel Health & Beauty Pvt Ltd. from April 2019 to May 2020, General Manager Sales & BD- Asia Pacific at ABPL Global from March 2017 to February 2019, and Head- Key Accounts at Reliance Brands Ltd. from February 2016 to February 2017. Before that, Desai held various roles at Shiseido India Pvt. Ltd., Artsana Group, Nivea India Private Limited, Anil Products Limited, and Marico Limited.

Shail Desai completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Mathematics & Accounts from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics in the years 1994 to 1999. Shail then pursued their Master's in Management Studies (MMS) with a focus on Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 1999 and 2001. Prior to their college education, it is known that Shail Desai attended Jamnabai Narsee School, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
