Francesco Bondavalli

Francesco Bondavalli has a long history in the field of Human Resources. Francesco began their career in 2014 as a Collaborator Psychologist of Work at Studio Athena. In 2016, they completed a Stage in Human Resources at the Comune di Porto Mantovano. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an HR Specialist at Synergie Italia. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as an HR Generalist at IT-Link and is currently employed as an HR Business Partner at P.E. Labellers SPA. Throughout their career, they have been involved in activities such as recruitment and selection, active labor policies, funded training, balance of competences, individual and group job search, job search accompaniment, organization of training and job search events, professional coaching, NASPI laboratories, questionnaire processing and data analysis, and analysis of company climates.

Francesco Bondavalli has a diverse educational background. Francesco obtained a Laurea Magistrale in Gestione e Formazione delle Risorse Umane from Università di Trento in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea breve in Scienze e Tecniche di Psicologia Cognitiva from Università di Trento in 2014. Francesco is currently enrolled in a First-level Master in Economia e Diritto del Lavoro at ICOTEA Learning Institute University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
